David Dickson Alberta Human Rights Complaint
It's a lost cause like the constitutional challenges.
Which vaccines would it cover, where and under what circumstances?
At AHS they can swap in prophylactic drugs as an alternate (which is already in the Union agreements and law for flu vaccines).
Won't take a vaccine? Fine! Take experimental drugs instead! This is an accepted 'accommodation' already.
The issue isn't the vaccine.
It's the removal of basic human rights like being beside a loved one when they die, being at their funeral, receiving health care, accessing a care home etc.
These were denied before the vaccine and after.
Some places still deny access based on masks today i.e. being beside a loved one in hospital or in a care home.
I could take vaccines until they came out my ears and still can't get into my mother in law's care home or get my PET scan at the Cross Cancer.
And when the Vax pass was here, I could not get into these places or travel, BECAUSE OF THE MASK.
I am disabled with a medical mask exemption.
AHS and so many other places denied mask exemptions and many STILL deny mask exemptions regardless of the law and policies.
And the Human Rights Commission could not care less.
Do you think you have the skill, or stamina to follow this through?
Even if you do, it is a POST EVENT process.
You can't ask a dying relative to wait a year or more for the complaint to go through.
I am outlining my Human Rights complaint as it was cast iron with all the documentation.
However, it is presented here to highlight the real joke of what Danielle is 'promising'.
So go on Danielle, waste everyone's time with that distraction.
Start a full investigation.
